How long does a typical engagement last?

Most engagements run 3-6 months depending on scope, with ongoing engagements as necessitated by your business. We focus on building durable GTM foundations, not quick fixes that fade.

What stage companies do you work with?

We work with B2B technology companies from Seed through Series B, typically with $500K-$5M in ARR and a product that's finding traction. Most of our clients are VC backed with aggressive growth potential.

What if we already have some sales data or a GTM motion?

Great, we'll build on what you've learned. Existing customer research, win/loss data, and pipeline metrics accelerate our work. Our engagements are customized for each of our clients to maximize the investment.

Do we need a sales team in place before engaging?
